CEO - Locky

Attending the University of Melbourne, Ph.D., he employed BIG 4 accounting firms and foreign investment bank. He has more than 5 years experience in consulting, investment banking and corporate governance in Australia and China, and has handled many successful ASX IPOs and capital raising cases.

COO - Zoe

Zoe Tao is an entrepreneur who has over 10 years’ experiences in Interactive Marketing and Business Management of listed company. Having been granted a degree of EMBA from Zhejiang University and worked as a journalist of Zhejiang Satellite Television, Zoe was motivated to start her own company IBrand QiaoDong.  In 2015, IBrand QiaoDong merged with an A-share listed company while Zoe was the vice president.

CTO - Leo

Graduated from the Nanjing University of Technology Department of Computer Science, has served SkyTech (H shares listed companies), in 2008 as a project manager to develop a number of key projects, some projects by the Ministry of Justice, Politics and Law Committee highly praised and promoted in the country, led in 2009 Research and development of Jiangsu Province, the integration of judicial business platform. 14 years of departure to create long-speed network technology to join the Internet industry, more than 8 years of architecture and product experience.

A serial entrepreneur, Kylin Zhang is RoyalPay’s MD of Sydney and Financial Group. With an Actuary degree from Macquarie University FRM RG146 RG105 he has rich experience in financial and mobile payment systems.


With years of experience in advertisement and marketing with a focus on internet operations, Kevin Li is RoyalPay’s Head of Operations and Marketing. Working for both domestic and international companies in China he harnesses his global experience to lead the marketing team.

His current focus is on digital media operations, product operations, customer operations, community operations and UGC operations


Tommy was appointed as Company Accountant in December 2017. As Company Accountant, he is responsible for managing the financial aspects of RoyalPay’s strategy, which includes financial planning and reporting, capital management, tax, treasury and investor relations.

He graduated from the Queensland University of Technology – Master in Forensic Accounting, has worked for few listed companies (ASX listed & Malaysia listed companies). He is a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant and an Associate of the Institute of CPA Accountants Australia.


With over 6 years in the retail/online industries in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Beijing, Alexander has a rich understanding of payments and the way they impact business globally. As the Public Relations officer, he is helping to develop trust within the Australian community while helping to drive internationalization of the business.
